Menopause Together wants to empower women across NI to make informed choices, feel supported on their Menopause journey and understand themselves and their communities a little better. We're in this together, because we shouldn't have to face this stage of life alone.
This money will be a huge source of support to a small charity such as ours. It will help us reach more women, in communities across NI, with evidence-based information about peri-menopause and menopause to empower women to get the help and support they need to navigate this stage in their lives, to feel better supported and less alone.
We established the Menopause Together charity to ensure that women across NI are better educated, supported and equipped to manage menopause and its impact on their lives.
We’re supported by Karen Pateman (Trustee) and a small team of dedicated volunteers and coordinate community based awareness events across NI. These events are generously supported by a number of local Doctors who specialise in menopause - meaning women can get up to date, evidence based information. With the support of this incredible donation from Benefact's Pay-it-Forward campaign we will be able to reach more women across NI. We can't thank you enough.
